Engineering Manager  - Start up - NodeJS - ReactJS - AWS

An innovative and fast-growing start-up are currently on the hunt for an Engineering Manager to join their technically talented ranks.

They have opened up a new office in Bangkok and actually have plans to expand into Tokyo by the end of the year. Furthermore they have offices in 3 other locations in Europe so the ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys travel. 

Obviously your home base would be London and you don’t have to travel if you don’t fancy it but they are true believers in having a global workforce. They also don’t require that you be in the office to work so there is a lot of freedom when it comes to working from home or wherever you may be!
 
A bit more information about the role and what they are looking for:
 
They are a vibrant team and so they are looking for someone who is keen to work in a fast paced environment. Over the next four months they plan to double their tech team as they have partnered with one of the biggest hotel groups in England and have a lot of exciting things underway.
 
Key Requirements for the Engineering Manager:
  • Strong Analytical ability
  • Educational background
  • 7 + years of development/engineering experience
  • 2+ years of managing global teams
  • Customer-focused
  • Fast paced, quick delivery
  • Technical planning leadership experience

TECH STACK: React, Node.JS, AWS, Git
