Internal Recruitment Consultant, move away from 360 and New Business Development into an inhouse role based in Bristol.

Opus Recruitment Solutions are a Virgin Fast Track 100 company.  Due to our continued success and growth we are now hiring for an on-site Internal recruitment consultant to join the team.

This role is massively exciting as we are expanding both in the UK and internationally so you will have plenty of internal job roles to fill!

As our internal recruiter your job role will involve: 
•Searching job boards daily for suitable candidates 
•Telephone and face to face screening 
•Writing adverts to attract new candidates 
•Attending recruitment events to sell the Opus brand and attract new candidates 
•Run assessment days 
•Meet with external rec2rec agencies and co-ordinate cvs/interviews 
•Agree fee's with agencies 
•provide feedback following interviews 
•Regularly communicate with managers internally to assess their recruiting needs 
•Promote the internal recommendation scheme 
•Be proactive with Social media to attract passive candidates in the market 
•Work with Universities and other job career boards to attract new applicants - get creative

For this role it would be ideal to have a recruitment background (Maybe suit someone wanting to move out of 360 recruitment) or currently in the role already of Internal Recruitment. 

You should be sales focussed as you will need to "sell" the concept of recruitment and the Opus brand to new hires. 

The job will be both phone and face to face so you should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
