Service Desk Manager – ITIL, Citrix, VMware- £350-£400
  • 6 month contract

My client who operate in the public sector are currently on the lookout for a Service Desk Manager to come on board and manage a large team of analysts. The organisation are currently going through a digital transformation therefore previous experience of this is desirable.  

This fantastic opportunity is looking for a Service Desk manager to come on board ASAP!

  • Manage a large team of Service desk engineers  
  • Will be hands on with Active Directory, Citrix, VMware, security processes
  • Successfully document material from new platforms being created  
  • Previous relationship with managing 3rd party suppliers
  • Previous experience in the public sector
  • Qualified ITIL V3
  • Prince 2 Project Management
  • Active Directory, Citrix, VMware, Security
  • Strong understanding of firms tech stack – Networking, Wintel, Virtualisation
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent daily rate
  • Great office location
  • Fantastic working environment
