This Helpdesk Manager role in Reading is a great opportunity for you to become a member of an international SaaS company.

They’re looking to hire an individual who wants to advance their career to oversee their entire Support Desk team.

As a member of the team, you would be a pragmatic, highly motivated individual who is driven to exceed expectations by leading the team delivering assistance to all of their clients.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Prioritising workload for maximum effectiveness
  • Mentoring the team
  • Contributing to solving problems in critical situations
  • Managing the Helpdesk protocols and responses
As an idea candidate, you will have:
  • Great experience supporting Microsoft Office (2016 or 365)
  • Administered Windows Server and Windows OS
  • A track record of supervising service desk environments
  • Supported telephones, mobiles and BYOD
  • Great management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
