Role: This Helpdesk Manager role in Reading is a great opportunity for you to become a member of an international SaaS company.
They’re looking to hire an individual who wants to advance their career to oversee their entire Support Desk team.
As a member of the team, you would be a pragmatic, highly motivated individual who is driven to exceed expectations by leading the team delivering assistance to all of their clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prioritising workload for maximum effectiveness
- Mentoring the team
- Contributing to solving problems in critical situations
- Managing the Helpdesk protocols and responses
As an idea candidate, you will have:
- Great experience supporting Microsoft Office (2016 or 365)
- Administered Windows Server and Windows OS
- A track record of supervising service desk environments
- Supported telephones, mobiles and BYOD
- Great management skills
- Excellent communication skills
