Experience Strategist

$600 - $800 per day

You have the opportunity to work at one of Australia’s highest performing gambling companies who are seeking an Experience Strategist to frame and solve a client’s customer and business problems.

Primary skills and capabilities

  • Expertise in applying multiple customer research techniques - interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries/field visits, ethnography, data analysis, bench mark studies, industry and trend research
  • Expertise in designing and facilitating collaborative workshops with senior stakeholder leveraging design thinking methodologies
  • Expertise with a range of experience strategy / service design methods and tools, e.g. experience mapping/modelling, customer type / persona creation, customer journey mapping and service blueprints
  • Comfortable working with UX/Experience Design colleagues to explore concepts and steward the clear direction of ‘experience prototypes’ to test desirability
  • Expertise in contributing to the product roadmap/backlog, prioritisation, business case and shape requirements for delivery in collaboration with Business Consultants, Experience Designers and Technologists
  • Ability to create a narrative around a strategy to help to bring it to life
  • Ideally expertise in connecting with customers digitally in a physical environment

To be successful you will be:

  • An Experience Strategist or Service Designer with 6+ yrs experience 
  • Able to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams
  • Have experience or is open for working in wagering industry
  • Have high tolerance for ambiguity
