2nd Line Support Analyst (Shift)

I'm working with a service provider in the Swindon area, supporting their search for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to work hand in hand with external and internal customers and clients on a shift rota.

They're looking for someone to:
  • Meeting SLA levels
  • Working closely with 1st and 3rd line to take ownership or escalate issues minimising issues.
  • Show good customer service with external and internal users.
 
They're looking for someone with:

  • SQL - experience in writing and using SQL queries
  • Linux/Unix
  • Experience meeting SLA's tasks
  • basic ITIL practice awareness
 
Important:
This role will operate on a shift basis 4 days on 4 days of 12 hour shifts. As a result you will receive a 20% shift allowance in addition to your salary.
