I am looking for a hands-on senior marketing professional for a new Marketing Director role.

Your responsibilities would include:
  • Developing marketing campaigns using a range of digital and offline strategies to build the company’s brand within the G2000
  • Proactively developing integrated marketing engagement programs that push community and partner behavior while building member satisfaction and loyalty
  • Owning and directing marketing target persona development, journey mapping, messaging, positioning and content development
  • Working closely with the company’s frontline executives to cultivate strategies with a direct impact on pipeline development and closure
  • Creating and maintaining marketing asset framework and leading the development & management of content including product marketing collateral, presentations etc.
  • Supporting the development and cultivation of a lively and engaged community of enterprise leaders globally
  • Planning, setting up and running industry leading events and in-person programs
  • Measuring and reporting key marketing performance indicators
  • Preparing and communicating executive-level updates with recommendations for improvement and growth
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities for future growth by deepening understanding of the market, competition, business goals, and portfolio value propositions
  • Maintaining a good understanding of product, value-proposition, and business unit readiness for market execution
  • Working cross-functionally with the company’s marketing and communications teams to discover available marketing levers
  • Acting as SME on applicable industry and regulatory marketing standards and guidelines.
The qualifications you will need are:
  • 7 + years of experience working in Marketing
  • Experience marketing within enterprise tech/SaaS
  • Brilliant writing and editing skills that can be applied to white papers, case studies, webinars, infographics, blog entries and videos etc.
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Good attention to detail oriented and the ability to concentrate and work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication skills oral with the ability to work with all levels of staff and management
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, communications, public relations or a relevant field is favored
  • Willingness to spend time at the company’s offices
