The Role
You will be collaborating with a senior team of experienced specialists, in a flat, Agile, cross-functional structure. They understand the value of implementing knowledge and experience where it makes the greatest impact - the product! Your role with these guys will be to add value to the team, collaborating with exceptional individuals who look to combine capability with mutual respect to see the work they do get results. They have the budget to bring on the best in the country, and they look to have an ego-free environment where the best in the country are happy to work together!
 
Responsibilities
-Working across the Full Stack, contributing to solutions design & architectural decision
-As they have team members covering full stack or focusing on Back-end / Front- end you would be responsible for adding top quality engineering wherever you specialise in the stack
-Developing and releasing new features and functionality for the product
-Adding value to the team through your experience and creativity
-This team has a firm belief in bringing on the right people to do the job, and relying on you to do it. So self management and drive are essential as they have no intention of looking over your shoulder
 
As an ideal candidate you will have:
-5 years + Full Stack experience
-Intimate knowledge of JavaScript eco-system, and developing scalable products
-2+ years with TypeScript
-2+ years with React
-2+ years with Node ( ideally building out MicroServices )
-AWS - Fully Serverless environment                                                                          Mentoring and leadership experience                          
-Testing - they take a pragmatic approach but they see it as something every strong engineer should be happy to do
-The confidence to have opinions about technology - without the ego to be close minded to the opinions of others.
