About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Developer with experience managing a team of 3-5 developers. You’ll be joining an international tech company dedicated to creating SaaS products that address real-world challenges affecting millions globally.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth and global expansion.
Enhance the onboarding experience for international customers.
Build, optimize, and automate toolsets for extracting, transforming, and loading customer data from complex source systems.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead role.
Proven expertise in ETL for data conversions, migrations, and ingestion.
Strong technical background and leadership skills.
Tech Stack:
.NET, C#, SQL, Azure, ETL, AWS, AI tools
