Strong Power BI, DAX & RLS are essential 
Dynamics 365 FO / Other Microsoft ERP systems, ETL & Azure Analysis services and Agriculture experience are very beneficial

I am seeking a proficient Power BI Developer to join my clients in-house team. This individual will be tasked with creating, upholding, and providing support for their Power BI-based business intelligence solution. Collaboration with business users to grasp their needs and transform them into useful reports and analyses will be essential.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Engage with our stakeholders to collect, comprehend, and articulate their needs effectively.
• Develop, uphold, and bolster Power BI reports while ensuring adherence to governance standards.
• Foster collaboration with stakeholders and team members to ensure the implementation of reliable solutions.
• Stay abreast of the newest advancements in Power BI and related tools.
• Offer training and assistance to empower self-service users in crafting their own solutions.

Key Skills and Experience: 
• Skilled communicator, capable of confidently presenting to small to medium-sized audiences.
• Aptitude for comprehending business procedures and converting them into outcomes.
• Effective collaboration within teams or independently when necessary.
• Capacity to manage both project requirements and support tasks effectively.
