Anila Baldwin is an Associate Director at Opus Recruitment Solutions, leading the growth of the US Microsoft Technology team.
With over a decade of technology recruitment experience across the US, UK, and Europe, Anila connects exceptional tech talent with transformative opportunities. Her diverse portfolio of clients ranges from mid-size manufacturing companies to Fortune 500 powerhouses. With a proven track record of success, she has strategically placed over 250 Microsoft professionals into roles including Functional Consultants, Developers and Solution Architects.
Anila joined Opus Recruitment Solutions in 2024 after taking time off to raise her two young sons. Prior to that, she built her career at a prominent private equity-backed IT recruitment firm in New York.
Anila is fuelled by her mission to drive digital transformation and operational excellence for her clients. Her deep expertise in the US tech market has positioned her as a trusted advisor and leader in the industry.
