Meet Tom
Tom Cyrson is a Team Leader at Opus Recruitment Solutions, leading a team of consultants specialising in scaling teams for UK brands in AI, Fintech, Medtech, and SaaS.
They have spent the last decade working in technology recruitment, finding niche tech talent for start-up, scale-up & enterprise clients. They have placed over 150 candidates into roles across the tech market spanning Software, QA & Data Engineering, Cyber Security and DevOps.
Since joining Opus in 2021, Tom has received multiple promotions and worked with some of the most exciting clients across the UK & Europe. Prior to this, he was a Technology & Cyber Security Recruitment Specialist at NDK Consulting.
