I'm looking to recruit an experienced Salesforce CRM Manager, on a contract basis. This will be to lead a Salesforce implementation for a financial services client undergoing a major digital transformation. This is a role focused on driving CRM excellence, with a particular emphasis on Certinia/ formerly FinancialForce and related Salesforce modules.

You’ll act as the bridge between business and technology—guiding stakeholders, shaping delivery, and ensuring the CRM platform meets operational and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation, with a focus on Certinia
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define requirements and delivery milestones
• Oversee configuration, data migration, and integration activities
• Ensure alignment with financial services regulations and best practices
• Provide strategic input on CRM architecture, scalability, and user adoption
• Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related queries and enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce CRM Manager or Lead Consultant
• Strong understanding of Certinia (FinancialForce) and Salesforce core products
• Background in financial services, with knowledge of operational and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with CRM strategy, implementation, and post-deployment support
• Comfortable working in hybrid environments with occasional on-site collaboration
